My weekly programs are full-body centric strength training which offer numerous benefits for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Some of the key benefits of strength training include: Increased muscle strength and tone, weight management and increased metabolism, improved bone health, boosted mental health and well-being, enhanced cardiovascular health, injury prevention, joint stability and so much more.

Toning and building lean muscle mass creates an after-burn effect burning more calories for hours after your workout compared steady-state cardio workouts.

Health & Longevity

Regular strength training is associated with a decreased risk of chronic diseases while promoting overall health and longevity and enhancing quality of life.

Wellbeing

Strength training releases endorphins, known as "feel-good" hormones, which can reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression. It can also improve sleep quality and overall self-confidence.

POWER YOGA & STRETCH


My on demand video library contains a variety of power flow, slow flow and stretch classes as part of my overall wellness programming.  Whether you chose to do them as stand alone or add a yoga or stretch class to your weekly routine, they will help keep you in peak physical and mental shape.

Flexibility & Strength

Yoga stretches and strengthens muscles, tendons, and ligaments, enhancing overall flexibility and mobility. which can lead to an increased range of motion, better posture, and improved muscle strength.

Balance & Coordination

Many yoga poses require balance and coordination, which can improve proprioception. Yoga helps to strengthen the muscles used for balance and enhances overall stability.

A regular practice can sharpen cognitive function, enhance decision-making skills, and promote a calm, clear state of mind.

RUNNER TRAINING


My Runner training is focused on building strength to improving running performance, endurance, speed, and overall fitness. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, my programs will help you achieve and maintain peak performance.

Strength Training

Runner specific strength training targets the lower body (e.g., squats, lunges) as well as core and upper body strength to help improve overall strength, stability, and prevent injury.

Flexibility & Mobility

Stretching and mobility exercises can improve flexibility, range of motion, and running mechanics. Dynamic stretches before running and static stretches after running can help prevent muscle imbalances and reduce the risk of injuries.

Rest & Recovery

Adequate rest and recovery are crucial for optimal performance and injury prevention. Restorative practices like yoga or foam rolling can aid in recovery and relaxation.

This is the best all-around program I have developed in my 15 years as a fitness professional.
