No Use by Children Under the Age of 18
We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the collection, storage and use of personal information of minors under the age of 18, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, and California’s statute titled “Privacy Rights for California Minors in the Digital World.”
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Fit Revolution sites without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your California Privacy Rights
Fit Revolution, as a “Service Provider” as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), will process personal information which it retains, uses, or discloses in connection with its performance under any contract: (1) only on behalf of and for the benefit of the “Business” (as defined in the CCPA) from which it has received or on whose behalf it gathered the personal information; (2) only in accordance with the contract and Business’s prior written instructions, or (3) as otherwise permitted by the CCPA. Fit Revolution confirms that it will not process personal information for any purpose other than for the specific purpose of performing the services specified in the contract with a Business.
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in connection with purchasing products or services from us may make a request concerning personal information, if any, that we have shared with other businesses for their own direct marketing purposes. Such a request may be made by sending an email message to vt.noitulovertif@ycavirP with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line of the message. In response to such a request, we will provide information as required by the California law for the previous calendar year concerning such other businesses and the categories of personal information, if any, that we have shared with them.
Changes to This Policy
